Portfolio Concept Notice: Luma Dental Studio is a portfolio demonstration project created by AetherShade. It is not a real dental practice. Any information submitted through the forms on this site is used solely to demonstrate the booking workflow and is not used for any commercial purpose.
What Information Is Collected
When you submit the consultation booking form or interact with the booking assistant, the following information may be collected:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code
- Patient status (new or existing)
- Treatment interest
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Preferred contact method
- Optional notes or concerns you choose to share
- Consent acknowledgement
Why It Is Collected
This information is collected to demonstrate a realistic dental booking workflow. In a real dental practice context, this data would be used to contact the patient, confirm the appointment, and prepare for the visit. In this demonstration context, it is used only to show that the form submission, database storage, and email notification pipeline function correctly.
How It Is Transmitted and Stored
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a Supabase database. An automated email notification is sent to the site owner via the Resend email service. No data is sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose beyond demonstrating the booking workflow.
Supabase stores data in a secure, hosted PostgreSQL database. Row-level security policies restrict access to authorised service roles only.
Sensitive Medical Information
Important: Please do not submit sensitive medical information, health records, insurance details, social security numbers, or any other highly sensitive personal data through this demonstration form. This site is not HIPAA-compliant and is not intended to handle protected health information.
Data Retention
Demonstration form submissions may be retained in the Supabase database for a limited period for testing purposes. If you would like your submitted data removed, please contact the site owner at the email address below.
Cookies and Analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand visitor behaviour. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies are intentionally set. The site is built on Next.js and hosted on a cloud platform; standard server logs may be retained by the hosting provider.
